Programme payments
Current published requirements include a €60,000 administration fee, €37,000 government contribution and €2,000 qualifying NGO donation; adult-dependant fees may also apply.
Capital test
Current eligibility offers alternative capital-asset tests, each with a specified financial-asset component.
Family
Spouse and qualifying dependants may be included subject to MPRP rules and additional fees.
Residence / physical presence
MPRP provides permanent-residence status, with continuing property, insurance and programme-compliance requirements.
